Kingfisher safari failure: Worcester, Monday, 6th March, 2017.

2:15pm-ish.
Having unexpectedly spotted a kingfisher (twice) yesterday we resolve to
carry the weight (and size) of a proper camera with us today.
Needless to say, there are no kingfishers today.
So we take photos of some seagulls having a chat up a tree on the far side of the river………..
………and two mute swans drifting along (again on the far side of the river) on the way into town…..
……..and then, on the way back home at 4:00pm-ish, a shot of Vicky
and her very professional modern-smile for the camera……….
……………..a shot to show the river level is falling now (taken with an improper camera)……….
…………..a Robin wonderin' why we are looking at 'im………….
……….and, finally, a black bird on the roof of a building.
Shame we didn't see any kingfishers but, then again, if we saw one every day it wouldn't be special.
