11:00am and Howard has booked Vicky a table at Holloways, her favourite foodie/country store in Worcestershire, for breakfast.
Vicky chooses the homemade muesli (there's enough for three helpings - she can't eat it all) with blueberries and fresh figs.
Needless to say, David doesn't (he can eat it all).
The view over Worcestershire from Holloways 1st floor gallery.
2:20pm and we've been in Worcester for an hour and a half window shopping in all of Vicky's favourite shops.
Not much bought yet but we are in need of a cuppa tea and so stumble into the Chocolate Deli.
The trouble with Chocolate Deli's is that they are jam-packed with chocolate.
The trick is to avoid eye contact.
2:45pm and Vicky has actually bought something.
A new pair of sandals (always a pleasure to give the economy a boost) followed by a raid on the M & S food department.
3:15pm and we're now in Carluccio's for dinner (bruschetta).
Howard is pleased to see that Vicky has had a meat-free day………..
…..needless to say (Pt II).
4:00pm: Vicky finishes things off with vanilla ice cream with salted caramel and crushed Amaretti biscuits topped with a wafer.
4:15pm: time to brave the evening traffic, go home, feed Emlyn, and have a nice little rest!
