Upon arrival we find Elsie in her usual position. But what's this? She's still got part of the turkey rasher she had with her eggs toast and beans for breakfast in her gob. Swallow it, Elsie, swallow it.
That's it, look no further. This one wins our 'favourite cat of the day' hands down. Well, it's David's favourite anyway.
With all the feeding and cleaning-out over in record time this morning we get a chance to learn a new skill: grooming the long-haired cats. It's a dirty job but someone's gotta do it!
This is Robbie. Here was here a month ago. This is perplexing. We can't understand why no-one has taken a shine to him 'cos he's a great bloke. You know where he lives: adopt him!
It's only 12:30 and some lucky blighters are already on their second feed of the day. David wishes he was. He's only had a bowl of muesli and fruit, that was four hours ago, and his tummy's-a-rumblin". Time to go home.
