A friendly local chatting to us.
Not the same cat as the one above.
He's a neighbour called Yoda.
The swans are by the jetty.
Three people (Vicky is hidden behind the undergrowth)
discussing the details of the swans diet which, today,
includes left-over tuna cat food as well as
bread and swan food pellets.
Vicky feeds them whilst Carol takes photos.
In the next instant a kingfisher, in a tree just a few feet
downstream from here, shoots across the river to the
trees on the other bank.
If they don't move you don't see 'em.
Then another one darts low along the river
just under the trees on the far bank. Lovely.
Mmmm, tuna cat food and pellets. Scrummy.
Cormorant keeping it's head above the water.
Egret. In flight. Flying downstream.
We also saw a heron flying upstream.
Very autumnal along Pitchcroft.
Bri(gh)tannia Square.
Britannia Square.
Been meaning to take a photo of this for years.
He used to cycle to Wolverhampton from here to
watch The Mighty Wolves at The Molineux.
His music was quite good too.
Ready for the chemist.
Vicky's not asleep.
The sun's in her eyes.
Repeats delivered.
Elkie comes to us for a chat.
Elkie will talk to anybody.
She's not fussy (but is fussable).
Whassat?
A very skittish local.
