Swan mystery continues, Gheluvelt Park, Worcester: Monday, 22nd June, 2020.

There are three cygnets on the river.
At least the mother is with them today.
Swans have wonderful hearing.
From 30 yards they can hear Vicky's voice and
the shake of a container full of swan pellets.
There's enough pellets to feed the swans as well as the young
family of ducks who have done well to survive too.
Following on from yesterday's swan saga just
one of the un-tagged swans is in the park today.
Hopefully, this means that both escaped from within
the undergrowth yesterday and the other one is on the brook.
Of course, it is hungry and is grateful for the
remaining pellets (not many).
Lunch:
Egg mayonaise sandwiches (these are too fancy
to be called sammidges 'cos they've got cucumber
in 'em) with tomatoes and crisps.
Evening meal:
Turkey, wholegrain rice and ratatouille.
Dessert:
Fresh fruit (with yoghurt and flaked almonds for David).
