Gheluvelt Park, Pitchcroft, the docs and back, Worcester: Tuesday, 11th October, 2022.

Chatting with Carol.
Pink, blue and purple (and green).
Autumnals.
Kingfisher.
Male.
Over the pond.
In the park.
Grey Wagtail.
Bridge construction work.
Wonderful autumn day upstream.
Wonderful autumn day downstream.
Feeding The Gheluvelts on The Jetty.
The Gheluvelts arriving.
A peaceful scene.
Let's hope it stays that way.
Don't want a repeat of yesterday.
They're hungry.
Not had anything for days, us.
Kingfisher.
Could be a female. Looks more like a male.
On our side of the river.
Moor Hens.
Mute Swans.
In flight.
Kingfisher.
Now on the far side of the river.
Kingfisher.
Definitely a female.
Flying past upstream.......
........flying back downstream.......
.......and heading for another look-out post on the far side.
We could have stayed and watched her for longer.
But we've got to be getting on (boo!).
Robin.
Skyscape.
Worcester Cathedral and friends.
Leaves turning.
Robin.
Singing quietly to itself.
Grey Wagtail II.
Almost under Sabrina Bridge.
Robin.
Singing.
Fairly loudly.
A very chatty local.
Repeat Request about to be delivered at the docs.
One for sorrow.
A full meeting of THAWAS.
Third member, sadly, just out of shot.
Robin.
Singing.
Half-heartedly.
