Red Hill, Gheluvelt Park, and Pitchcroft, Worcester: Thursday, 8th September, 2022.

Wiping the trolley down.
Going in.
Well in.
Nic.
Happy to be a fully paid up member of THAWAS today.
It's been raining.
Might rain some more.
Plenty of rainwater in The Brook.
Might rain, might not rain upstream.
The Gheluvelt cygnets are within hearing range.
Vicky calls them over.
Only one responds.
One hungry cygnet.
Mr and Mrs Gheluvelt arrive.
The remaining two cygnets have a change of heart.
A family that eats together stays together.
Well, for now.
Might rain, might not rain downstream.
Dunnock.
On Pitchcroft.
Outward bound.
Skyscape.
Worcester Cathedral and friends.
Blue Tit.
Not really certain.
Our RSPB book suggest it's a Garden Warbler.
Might be what we've seen in the park recently an' all.
A handful of swans.
If we hadn't stopped to take this photo
we wouldn't have noticed........
.........this Egret in the river and........
........taking off.
On Pitchcroft.
Homeward bound.
Skyscape II.
Great Tit.
Four-fifths of The Gheluvelts.
Preening.
Blackbird.
Male.
Pixie.
Always up for a chat.
