They've had nearly an hour to sort it out.
A different mic is installed.
That doesn't work either.
The speaker has to shout out The Prolamation.
At the end he shouts 'God save The Queen'.
Audience gasps.
He quickly corrects things with a 'God save the King'.
Dignitaries who can't organise a Proclamation outside
