As we've parked at the bottom end of the car park, 

and there's no action on The Hill at the mo', 

we start with a slow plod in the 

baking heat around The Paddock.

With action commencing we start our 

slow ascent of the hill at The Start.

Where else?

Next stop: 

Kennel Bend.

We've managed the slog up (puff) 

the steepest part (pant) of The Hill.

This is The Crossing.

We find somewhere to sit down, 

catch our breath, and eat our lunch and drink.

Well deserved.

Now we're just above The Kink.

Next stop The Top Ess.

it's time to go back down to The Paddock.

It's no easier walking back down,

thanks to our aching leg muscles.
