Gheluvelt Park, Pitchcroft, the pharmacy, and Gheluvelt Park (again), Worcester: Tuesday, 1st November, 2022.

Sabrina Lake.
Neil.
Leaf blowing.
Half a walnut for Nic.
Crow.
In mid-trot.
 A full meeting of THAWAS.
Life's a bench.
Bridge ground-preparation work.
Plenty of water in The Brook.
Not so good for Grey Wagtails or Kingfishers.
A threat of rain upstream.
NB: The Gheluvelts are upstream an' all.
A threat of rain downstream.
On Pitchcroft.
The Gheluvets and their cygnet have just flown downstream.
Perhaps we'll see them later?
Texting Manj.
Cormorant.
One of three heading downstream.
Skyscape.
Worcester Cathedral and friends.
Not The Gheluvelts.
A Text and photo to Marilyn.
Mallards.
Fifteen.
Count 'em.
Cormorant.
The Gheluvelts.
Without their last cygnet.
Under Sabrina Bridge.
We reckon they took their cygnet to The main swan flock
by The Cathedral for the regular lunchtime feed.
Then, whilst the cygnet was busy feeding, they flew off
back upstream. Thus, freeing themselves of the
responsibility of parenthood until it all starts again next Spring.
Well, that's our theory.
We're not experts.
Mrs Gheluvelt.
Under Sabrina Bridge.
Blackbird.
Male.
About to enter the pharmacy.
Second time lucky?
A full meeting of THAWAS II.
It's been raining.
Sleeping with one eye open.
Berries.
A lot of.
Grey and gold.
