Walk (with Roger) to Bevere Lock thwarted: Worcester, Wednesday, 21st August, 2019.

All going well in the warm sunshine.
Can't get any nearer to the lock than this due
to some sort of engineering works taking place.
No alternative footpath provided. Tut-tut.
Hmmm. These cattle were in the middle of the field on the way up the river.
Now, seeking shade, they have positioned themselves
under the trees and right up close to the gate.
Look. One of 'em is right up against the gate!
They are not going to move and we're not going to try to get them to.
We take a diversion to another gate and then have to negotiate an electric fence.
One of us gets a short sharp shock.
No, not me. T'was Roger.
Whose idea was this walk again?
