Looking at, and touching, very old things in The Corrinium Museum, Cirencester.
Enjoying a cuppa decaf at Keith's in Cirencester.
Bibury, and the most photographed cottages in The Cotswolds.
David is very proud of his salad diet. Trouble is, his first salad (in Circencester at 1pm) came with a Spanish Omelette the size of a plate and this one (in Burford at 4pm) was accompanied by two fried eggs, ham, and chips.
Vicky has made him solemnly swear that he will not have another salad until at least tomorrow (we shall see).
The Wise Olde Man of The Cotswolds resides in Burford.
Just browsing but, of course, there's no rawk (and precious little rowl either).
Howard doesn't want to leave Burford but it is time to go home (boo!).
N.B. Oh yes, a river update: The Severn has peaked now and is no longer flooding onto the Racecourse, although the cricket ground is under some water. The local paper says the river is now about 5 metres deep (the record is 5.25 metres (approx) in July 2007. However, as we drove down the M5 today, The Avon was about a half-mile wide next to Evesham. Neither of these rivers effect London so you wont see anything about the floods on national TV.
