12:00-ish:

Gravity pulls Vicky down to Porthcorno Beach.

Lovely soft sand Vic.

Could be a bit challenging climbing back up!

Let's put that off as long as we can.

Even drizzle can't spoil a Cornwall landscape.

Never mind the sea rushing in Vic.

Smile first, then run for it.

Cornwall slowly sliding into the Atlantic.

Come on Dave. 

You've put the climb back to the car park off for long enough.

Put yer head down and goferrit.

Ah, that old trick.

Running out of breath?

Simply stop and take a photo.

15:00-ish:

Cape Cornwall.

Proper rain now.

The Atlantic rolls in whilst the rain lashes down.

Quick, get back in the car, time to go home and dry out.

Back 'home' drying out and warming up.

Carbis Bay to St Ives walk, Cornwall: Thursday, 21st December, 2017.

11:00-ish:

Hayle Beach and Godrevy Lighthouse from 

the coastal footpath above Carbis Bay.

The first incline has been conquered.

Always a relief.

Porthminster Beach St Ives.

We can safely say that the tide is out.

Above Porthgwidden Beach.

Whilst we were in the Porthgwidden Cafe a pod of 

dolphins swam past but they've gone now.

Still, it was nice to see them.

4:15-ish:

St Ives all lit up for Christmas.

Time to catch the 4:30 train back to Carbis Bay.

A redwing.

They've just returned for the winter.

A walk into town (and back) on frozen snow, Worcester: Monday, 11th December, 2017.

Another dodgy and highly cropped shot of a local kingfisher 

giving the Gheluvelt Park stream a good old hard stare.

It's a male as far as we can tell.

We really must bring a decent camera out with us on these walks.

Croome Park with Roger and Gheluvelt Park without: Thursday, 30th November, 2017.

10:30-ish:

All waterways at Croome Park are frozen today.

First frost of the winter.

Not sure what this building that Roger and I are sat within is called, 

but I do know we are enjoying a welcome cup of tea from Roger's flask.

11:30-ish:

The water here is only just starting to melt.

12:30-ish:
